When is my payment due?

To avoid a late fee of $5 or 1%, whichever is greater, payment must be received within 7 days after the due date. If your power is disconnected for non-payment, you will also be responsible for any fees required to reconnect your service. (See the FAQ on "Disconnected Service.")
